1. The tournament is governed by the rules of Tennis Ireland. 2. All players will be limited to 3 events. 3. The committee reserves the right not to hold any event. 4. Players under 18 on 1/1/11 must enter Grade 1/2 events. (Must be 16 or older on 1/1/11 to be eligible to play). 5. Entries will be accepted from affiliated players only. 6. Players must wear recognised tennis apparel and shoes. 7. Competitors must report to the Tournament Office at least 15 mins. before their match. Players not available to play when scheduled are liable to be scratched. Warm up time 5 minutes. 8. Play will commence on Saturday 11th June at 11.00 a.m. Players are requested to be available from this time. 9. Those entering must be available throughout the tournament. 10. All matches will be best of 3 sets. Tie- break to operate at 6 all. 11. The “Advantage” Rule will be in play. 12. Tretorn Micro X Balls will be used. 13. Entries close on Thur June 2nd at 9.00 P. M. 14. All entries must be on the Entry Form. Entry fees due before the first match. 15. Draw will be posted at the club on Thursday 9th June from 9.00 p.m. and at http://ti.tournamentsoftware.com/ Saturdays and Sundays time sheet will be available by telephoning 052-6121805 between 7.00 and 10.00 p.m. on Friday 10th June. 16. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete any of the above conditions. 17.
